Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Dink Robin, a pickleball round-robin app operated by TRI-OAK CONSULTING GROUP, INC. ("Tri-Oak"), doing business as Dink Robin (“we”). By creating an account, organizing a group, or replying to a session invitation, you agree to these terms.
The service
Dink Robin helps a group run sessions: rosters, invitations, RSVPs, and scores. It is a tool for play, not a guarantee of a particular schedule, rating, or court result.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in private. Tell us at support@dinkrobin.com if you believe someone else is using your account.
Group organizers
An organizer may only add phone numbers of people who agreed to receive session texts from that group. The organizer is responsible for the numbers they save and for the invitations they send. Do not add a number you are not authorized to use for that purpose.
Acceptable use
Use Dink Robin for your group’s pickleball sessions. You may not:
- text or contact people who did not agree to receive session texts from that group
- harass, threaten, or mislead anyone through the app or its messages
- interfere with another group’s roster, scores, ratings, or account
- attempt to break, probe, or bypass the service, including its sign-in or data protections
- use the service for anything unlawful
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Brand: Dink Robin.
Use case: invitations, RSVP confirmations, waitlist and open-spot notifications, reminders, and updates from the organizer.
Program name: Dink Robin session invites.
Description: texts about your pickleball group's sessions, including invitations, RSVP confirmations, waitlist and open-spot notifications, reminders, and updates from the organizer.
Msg frequency varies.
Message frequency varies, typically up to a few messages per session.
Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply STOP to cancel/opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No warranty
Dink Robin is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRI-OAK CONSULTING GROUP, INC. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or any text message will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRI-OAK CONSULTING GROUP, INC. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of Dink Robin or out of delayed or undelivered messages. The total liability of TRI-OAK CONSULTING GROUP, INC. for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use Dink Robin during the three months before the claim.
