Privacy Policy

Dink Robin is a pickleball round-robin app operated by TRI-OAK CONSULTING GROUP, INC. ("Tri-Oak"), doing business as Dink Robin (“we”). This policy explains what information the app handles and how to ask us to delete it.

Information we collect

When a group uses Dink Robin, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number provided by the organizer or the player
• RSVP responses
• Game scores

We also store text-message opt-outs, so a STOP request continues to be honored.

How we use it

We use this information for running sessions and for sending session invites and reminders, including the session time, location, and an RSVP link, to people who were invited to that group.

Where it is stored

Information is stored with service providers that run Dink Robin:

• Supabase for the database
• Vercel for hosting
• Telnyx for SMS delivery

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers are used only to send Dink Robin session texts for the group that collected them, and to record opt-outs. We do not use them for unrelated marketing. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@dinkrobin.com.

Retention and deletion

We keep session, roster, and account information for as long as the group uses Dink Robin. You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@dinkrobin.com. We will delete or anonymize it unless we must keep a limited record to honor a STOP opt-out or to meet a legal obligation.

Children

Dink Robin is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email support@dinkrobin.com and we will delete it.
