Email support@dinkrobin.com. Include your name, the group name if you have one, and what you need. That is the support contact for the app and for session texts.

Opt out of texts

Reply STOP to any Dink Robin session text to cancel and opt out at any time. After STOP, that number should not receive further session texts. You can also email support@dinkrobin.com and ask to be removed.

HELP

Reply HELP for help with Dink Robin session texts. HELP means you want assistance about those messages: what they are, how to opt out, or how to reach a person. You can also email support@dinkrobin.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Delete your information

To request data deletion, email support@dinkrobin.com and ask us to delete your personal information. Say which name, email, or phone number to remove. We will delete or anonymize it as described in the Privacy Policy, except for a limited record needed to honor a STOP opt-out or a legal obligation.
